Inflexible, intractable, even adamantine is an ice-chiseled heart’s refrigerated sunshine, chilling its warmth to freeze its rays to block Love’s penetrating singeing blaze. If gloom within such heart does loom as an unlived mansion with unlit rooms, then one ray of Love’s illumined heat will unleash hot breaths of Life’s light beat deicing, defrosting floors and doors of this mansion’s wind frozen corridors. Then gloom can’t rest in Life’s light heart. There’s no room left from end to start. For the Heart now yearns for light displays of a Love’s penetrating singeing blaze. Namyh |

Ahhh . . . I know the heart's "singeing blaze," for sure. Like this enlightened poem of love, pure love. Sweet. ~ If they give you ruled paper, write sideways. ~ |

My old Drill Instructor had a frozen heart, or so we all thought. On completion of boot camp he took us out and bought us all a round, shook our hands and told us a few jokes. Talk about letting the sun shine in ![]() |
