The Best You Can Be

Embrace the moments
in your life
that identify who you are
and as we embrace
and examine ourselves
we can be proud of those things
that make us special,
and rearrange those things
that are not so special,
and perhaps throw out some things
we don't like about ourselves,
and add new things we like better
as we make up our minds
to be the best person
we can be.

I hear you james...wise words indeed. I'm very much into emotional health..it's so simple really, but like being physically fit you have to work on your emotional well being.
