Realms of the Mind

"It all starts in the realm of the mind, with an
ability to think and choose--the most powerful thing

When you search your mind
what do you find,
for time after time you will find
what you have in your mind
is what you placed in your mind;
your choices determine the
healthiness of the food you eat,
the choices you make in your mind
decide the type of friends you will seek,
good or bad choices you make
determine the road your life will take;
doesn't it make sense to have less pain and strife
to make the best choices you can in your life,
as this world turns it is our decisions
that shape our minds with a surgeons precision.
