Gentle and poignant, romantic too. I can also see it as a figurative representation of a "situation" you put to rest delicately, keeping the love alive within your heart.

Whatever else you have written Martini, this rings true. If it isn't true, then somehow you've come to unnaturally possess an intuitive sense for death and sorrow.
