Accustomed to the constant raging motion, (or the big becalming) of a life in temperament, so like the ocean, I somehow fell asleep inside this tiny, patchwork vessel made of strife and snippets of dreams. It seems I was adrift until the gift of leaking at the seams destroyed my dry indifference. Seeking my position, I looked up. Where stars had been before, a score of pearls began to whirl and dive, then pecked my sail to tatters. So, rudderless, my frail conveyance drifted on to other matters. |

Hmm. I think you were having not only snippets of dreams, but you must have been so blissfully dreaming soundly that your "ship" drifted far far away from shores. Dream on my lady... |

Thanks for taking time to read me! Streaming, dreaming, sometimes you just go with it, yes? Smiles, Constance |

"So, rudderless, my frail conveyance drifted on to other matters". Any frailty you may have my dear is shored up by every breath you take. Exquisite poetry. Here's to you and here's to me and should we ever disagree, here's to me! |
