This Is Love  (part 2)

After my wife left me and took our children
with her I took it pretty hard, I can remember
many nights as I lay awake and felt the pain
of the separation and divorce and before I would
finally fall asleep I would pray to God that I
would not wake up the next morning because when
I would awaken I would still feel the pain from
the days before, I can remember faithfully going
to work because keeping busy would take my mind
off the pain; on my breaks at work, I would go
to the end of the pier so no one could see me or
hear me crying, trying to release some of the pain.
I didn't get through this myself, God was with me.
"come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy
laden and I will give you rest, take my yoke upon
you and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in
heart, and you shall find rest for your souls.
(Matthew 11:38-39).  If you are like me, suffering
from the consequences or guilt and regrets of bad
decisions, give it to Jesus because he loves you,
he said "I will never leave you nor forsake you.
(Hebrews 13:5)  He shed his blood and gave
his life on a cross at Calvary and he said
to his Heavenly Father, "It Is Done",
that means for us, ALL OUR SINS are covered
by the blood of Jesus.  Did you know that
you are lost without Jesus?  The Bible tells
me so, "for the son of man is come to save
that which is lost." (Matthew 18:11)
That's right, that's why Jesus died on
the cross to save us from our sinful nature.
