In the books of Life- I've learned of change, (betwixt, between) of craved-on dream. In sacrifice- always a cost, simple nuance- that souls cannot pay twice. Of my live and learn, (I fell hard) dangling steepest grades, climbed fast up gained Deity's trust- Her swear, I'd never fade. Still felt- and ever-sighted, browns and jade collided, spilled into- e'ry song I've never played- until you.. In Love I've learned- chapters, abound. I've hooked and hurt, known losses great- but always touched the ground. Not this time- not this find, Those were ear-marks- guided lines of time- in Fail. But for this storm my strength my warm, I poured all wishes, never made- so still remain- I turn that page and wear your spell. Inside, a lesson and a dream- I hear you now, it beats a stream- to steady bounds. In the drip and slip of Life? Heart's beauty still astounds! I've learned to smile when I cry- 'til made blind on fits of rain, cataloged in every stain- time-stamped in pain and style of love.. in life-long miles. "..But a tyrant spell has bound me, And I cannot, cannot go.." ~Emily Bronte 'The Night is Darkening Around Me' |

My, my, Devina, Love! Such a wondrous apparition, the pleasure of two giving of themselves to the other . . . Ahhh . . . But invariably it seems hurt and tears and wails in the night comes between the lovers . . . History repeats itself over and over and . . . Throughout recorded times love finds a way to injure the very people it brought together in splendid romancing and hot-blooded arousal. I believe it is happening to me as we speak . . . er . . . write. We never, ever learn. ~*~ When they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

I thought this was beautiful, Tanya. What I see here is more than old hurts, but a passion and zest to take what you have now and run with it... having learned from your old old hurts, and what caused them, what is really important. I think knowing your past, and being willing to stare it full in the face, brings more sureness and security to your future. *raises your level of passion as well, which I absolutely love in you. We are definitely the exception, Tanya. And I thank you for making me smile. Michael |
