A mile of my time marked to the rhythm of my shoes on the old black top My mind is free to come and go as it pleases My body no longer begs for my attention as it’s grown accustom My stream of consciousness babbles along the way until the butterflies hush a moment to get lost in This mile of mine empties and refills me energizes and stills me It lets me be for a while LGR©5/1/12 |

Your mile is your friend Talk to it and believe While the pounds you shed A healthier Lori in the end. P.S.: Couldn't help myself, I know you are involved in making yourself feel and look better. Go! Go! Go! ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |

Love the escape idea and I think we all have to walk our own mile once in a while. "This mile of mine empties and refills me energizes and stills me It lets me be for a while" That's really a great ending and such a peaceful aura. Eric true love never looks after it's own interests |
