I was trapped inside a vacant gap Leaving written expressions hanging, barely posing as a motive for wanting from him So much more than any one man should be expected to give People waltzed around Dancing, dreaming inside my head Voices sung aloud, in such astonishing unison And yet all I saw was him Grinning like a child And flaunting such contentment A glorified accomplishment of feeling A feeling not known to many men Could I bother you for just a sip A taste of happiness I'll drink from that smile you wear so well And if we could lay forever with nothing on I know he'd wrap me in his arms On those cold and lonely nights If lonely even existed Because right now he makes it feel so nonexistent Emily Shives 1-26-2012 |

I do believe you have been duly smitten by the love bug and welcome it with an openness that is refreshing. Good luck. ~*~ I gave up feeling guilty just to survive a long time ago ~*~ |
