Listen for the Sound of Love In the gentle Christmas evening bells that float across an infinite star-drenched twilight sky, listen for the sound of love. In the frost-etched Winter forest painted in soft-shadow moonlight, listen for the sound of love In children’s innocent laughter on that most special December morn, listen for the sound of love. In the depths of your own saddened mind and lonely memory-heart, listen for the sound of love. --- b. e. adams (12/2013) |

I enjoyed the juxtaposition of sadness and joy within the same poem |
