Leftovers

I¡¦ll ¡§make¡¨ some leftovers.
Leftovers are really easy to ¡§make.¡¨
You only have to heat them up to ¡§make¡¨ them
And, after that, the leftovers are ¡§made.¡¨
I don¡¦t have to ¡§make¡¨
Cinamin spice hot tea,
Because the tea kettle ¡§makes¡¨ it for me.
All I have to do is put tea and water in it.
I don¡¦t even have to ¡§make¡¨ the water
Because the sink does it for me
And then the kettle and the tea ¡§make¡¨ themselves
After they are put on the stove.

Why, is this not so, Ali???

Jaime

Leftovers

I'll "make" some leftovers.
Leftovers are really easy to "make".
You only have to heat them up to "make" them.
And, after that, the leftovers are "made".
I don't have to "make"
Cinnamon spice hot tea,
Because the tea kettle "makes" it for me.
All I have to do is put tea and water in it.
I don't even have to "make" the water
Because the sink does it for me.
And then the kettle and the tea "make" themselves
After they are put on the stove.

Why, is this not so, Ali???

Leftovers are known to taste even better than the original! And aren't there quite some reasons to be grateful for? Water, above all!!

I hope Ali will see this and gift us with her presence here.

Enjoy your cinnamon tea, dear Jaime.

Love,
Margherita

ps the color you used for the text was too light, so I quoted it with another color.

"Love is the One who masters all things;
I am mastered totally by Love."

Yes,
I agree that leftovers  usually taste better the second time around.I had a brother in law that would not eat anything, "left over", but I always thought he did not know what he was missing. Best to you Jamie.

Ah, Jaime, what a delightful series of observations.  Why is that not so?  Such an interesting question.  Perhaps it has to do with magic more than physics.  Perhaps, magical things happen when we take the time to see the results.  Who knows.  I don't.  BUT, I do know that you make me smile and your writing brings magic to MY world.  That's an important contribution to my life, Jaime.

Merry Christmas, dear friend.
