I simply happened by her Her eyes a blue bolt of fire Beaming blazing beauty Like the day! To her , With all my meager heart In tethered, severed parts Here's what I said! "I'd scribe our names on the tree tops Side by side! For what it's worth to you! I'd hang high kites from hot air balloons To lasso moons From foreign galaxies Just to place their faces on your fingers I'd tame a lion Defame a giant Proclaim alliance Through and through All for your hot breath Warm lips Tongue filled kisses Dashing bashful dances Of faceted sapphire struck lashes The blasts of your smiles Beguiled I'd dash the fastest Apace for miles Just to catch your magic! I'd defame myself Proclaim no else Could ever Captivate me Like you do And as I do If I did Let it sit And linger While my souls fingers Long the touch of your embrace I love your face I love your smiles I dig your whiles You're wild The only child Of my other mothers womb! And if I must embrace the tomb Or doom Or loom Into a fog Of eclipsed mountains My mouth is Ever dedicated To protect Your famous parts And those you hide! But I beg of you dear lady! Do not chide My solemn soul! I beseech you rather Don't leave me tattered Make me whole As friends forever Grab my heart To ever hold Though it be battered And weathered Know... I'm gold!" So with all this As my own breath To her sweet breath With all my soul And nothing left I wrote to her a kiss! That in the end She might behold! Everything I know she is! And she is gold! "Striking thoughts make my mouth thunder as I brain storm." |

HeH.Heh All that is missing within the framework of this searching, beseeching poem is the touch of her fingers as they discover your face, then she leans into you for that much needed embrace. ~*~ My fake plants died because I did not pretend to water them. ~*~ |
