Change is such a challenge, but also such release
The mind it sets the borders, decisions move to peace
Money holds the boundaries, families hold the tie
Dreams and fate the destiny, time the gift to try

Different things they test us, events they turn the key
The what ifs are the turning point, the choices what will be
Each venture strengthens inner bond, such joy to live a dream
Change; the welcomed journey, with memories that had been

There are a lot of rhyming within the structure of this poem, and well done too.
