How does one condone the migrant browns protruding at the pivotal point of a springtime recital? when all but the final few lost out on the grace of God with the firmament's facechange i woke to a renegade shadow browning the base of rain's great masterpiece, the glory of green and the colorful bonnets of spring the memoirs of autumntime leaves tossing themselves on blue ribbon lawns o wearisome me is this latter day suicide or the yearning to never die just when i returned from the comatose winter of flatlines the master reminds how life can be lovely when we make peace with the revelation that things are rarely what they may seem to be. In this wonderful poem you show your deep awareness, you see the beauty around you and you hear the comforting voice of Nature even when everything seems lost. Mother Earth cries out to awaken us ... Love this much, dear EmmaRose. Margherita |
