A Celebration of Life and Wilderness In the first fine glow of morning when a grand pearl-grey dawn breaks upon…the immense, implacable spirit of the shimmering sea, where tired rivers flow beneath fast-fading stars in a cosmic dream… (bisecting the winds of Time) one thinks of all the tiny, reawakening things in so many unsung ‘worlds’ of new promise… quite different from our own where clocks rage endlessly on, while time and destiny laugh and point at those who may never truly 'understand’; but shall remain instead forever ‘lost’... in power’s vain pursuit and greed’s elusive pleasure, or jousting with their ever-gathering shadows of self-delusion as to what should really ‘matter’… which is ... simply love, the celebration of all life, and wilderness! --- b. e. adams |

What a gentle awakening into the 'hustle and bustle' and then out again with a sort of, kind of virtuous, yet sentimental, vengeance. Enjoyed! |
