Let me be he,
the One who sees
you shimmer in the desert
heat dissipating
distorting the light
as only you can.

Let me be he,
the One who carries
you each time over
your threshhold
as I speak in tongues
only you can hear.

Let me be he,
the One who covers
your nakedness
with mine
then let me wear you
inside and out.

Let me be he
the One who has written
the story where
your beginning
is now my
happy ending.

Good writing, LorienLord. There is nothing the reader has to guess at to understand your meaning and intentions within the framework of this explicit poetry. I like that. Too much thinking gives me a headache. Heh.Heh
