Lucky?
Blessed?
Both?
She wondered about these things
and why it is
that no matter what
good or bad
she does or doesn’t
or says or doesn’t say,
her faith, her health and her sleep remain
an unwavering
embrace
from her best friend
and father
God
and his love
and protection
and reprimand
and guidance.

Giggles, RV, thanks for the comment. It’s 16h31 here. We are between about 7 and 9 hours ahead of the USA depending on which time zone you are in and USA Daylight Saving (we don’t have that here).
