Full Breath “The human ego is a fragile thing, but I wouldn't say it unless I saw the potential in you to achieve it...” RCR… It was then I took the fullest breath, to stay some tear from welling, as heartstrings were plucked quite tight, and this love, it’s swelling… how many times was this little boy the bane of my existence, how many times did I taunt his life, and oh, we were persistent for we were to be each other’s rock on which we would someday stand, though time and tide has ticked the clock I knew his secret was to have a band, though no one else might know this share, he knew mine…to write on air… Oh, I might pound him on the arm, then he would parry forth in glee, we would wrestle, but no harm would come to my brother, or me… but let no one else come in to this secret ring of taunt the memories are falling forth so fast… it’s strange how they still sing in haunt… and then I took the fullest breath for who knows when we shall see the face of each other again, hey, Robert…hey, Karilea… somehow, someway, his music lives on, even if it only reigns in this heart of me. ~*~ This write began on 3-9-03 Yet, I don’t feel it is finished, even now. |

Siblings... so often, we spend our childhood wanting to obliterate them... and the rest of our lives wondering how we can live without them. When the bond is there, they are literally part of us, made of the same gene mix... and know us better than anyone ever will. As long as you hear, his music lives on... This leaves me with tears for your loss... and smiles for your love. |

Such a sad piece, Karilea, but with happiness sprinkled throughout it. A truly remarkable piece of work. I say piece of work because you don't feel it complete. ~*~ If they give you ruled paper write sideways. ~*~ |

No, Jerry - it won't be complete until I see him again. Thank you! |

You sure know how to seize the reader's heart. Someday... someday, you will finish this. JL Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |

This is a beautiful dedication, K. And one that will never be truly finished, for how could one ever complete, on paper, what he meant to you, or the memories you carry of him. What you've shared has moved me deeply. I thank you, for this lovely tribute has awakened memories in me of my siblings as well. Michael |

The heart dialogue certainly continues beyond the earthly limits. Most beautiful verse that stems from your innermost emotions, dear Karilea. I think the picture of your brother Robert is very very soulful ... he is near. Love and hugs. Margherita |

JL, the day this is finished, is the day I see my brother again. And that will be good enough for me. Thank you, my friend. Michael, I hope this brought only all of the good memories of your siblings to you. There is too much pain in this world, and I would only want to bring peace to my friends. Margherita, you always understand my heart, and in that, I am blessed by your soul. Thank you, sweetheart, for reading. |

Karilea, How your love for each other touches me, I cannot fully express. The song is in the heart, always yearning for another verse. I think you may have inspired me to write one more. My pen has been dry. Thank you, my friend. I know how you must miss him. Cathy |

A huge to you, my friend... A bittersweet synchronization to read you again and at the same time experience the emotion you described herein... I can only relate to the missing and lack and thank you for the pensive moment. -MVS You CAN make a difference, but first you should learn how: |
