The Ways that Hide the Way

Be wary of the ways that hide the way
For they are not unmany in their measure
As nuances of night before the day
Or grains of grit that sit on buried treasure.

Don't lose your instinct in the land of art,
Nor dash your dreams in dances with your doubt,
Nor think too far from home within the heart,
Nor lack the inner truth when you go out.

God knows and Nature flows, so follow near.
Their way is that that other ways corrects.
Hold fast the faith you face within its mirror
And keep it clear that clearly it reflects

The way that followed leads us through the ways,
To crown us, through its graces, with our grace.
