ear's ears what can you hear? Lo! behold it may bring tears ears what can you feel? so close yet separate alone ears what can you see? ears ears ears harvest time quick run! the stalks go down canned, shipped, devoured they even eat baby corn! ears what can you hear? and to the world again ear's ears what can you hear? |

A joy to read...I live in a town whose corn is known far and wide...when we have our corn fest people come from all over just to taste our sweet corn...this poem had me smiling...*HUGS* *may our dreams ever be magical* |

Very cute poetic pondering here! An ear of corn what might it hear? I know it is extraordinarily beautiful and it tastes so good. A pity that they use so much disinfecting stuff on them, raising pollution. And then the ethanol? Thought provoking. May we celebrate the abundance of corn. Margherita |
