An old friend passed away he other day. There was a large group of us who hung out together for years, fighting political battles and getting into mischief. Too many have passed away in the last few years. I'm tired of funerals. I'll take that hug, Alison. Ida |

Yes, those sad moments of saying good-bye multiply while we move ahead on our own path ... towards Home. It brings me comfort to think that what really occurs is a "transition" and yet the pain resists all phylosophical thoughts. Love and tender hugs. Margherita  |

I'm swallowing hard, and sending a , Ida.This quote by Richard Bach comes to my thought, whether it be a family member or a friend who has passed: "Don't be dismayed at good-byes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetimes, is certain for those who are friends." Love is like that.... May your heart be peaceful.  KL |
