Question/Answer Period

As seconds, minutes, hours
And the days pass by
The more I think I know
The more I ask, “Why?”

The questions more complex
More difficult to ask
Answers?More elusive
To find them, such a task.

I hear a voice within,
“Better take it slow!
For, some things you learn
You might not want to know!”

It says, “There is some knowledge
That might come too late.
Responses to some queries
Are in the hands of fate.”

But, long as there’s tomorrow
And if I don’t lose my mind
I guess I’ll ask the questions
To answers, I hope to find.

good luck! ...

many of us have likely simply stopped
'asking' (especially the 'big questions') ...

As H.D. Thoreau put it:

Men say they 'know' many things;
But lo! they have taken wings, —
The arts and sciences,
And a thousand appliances;
The wind that blows
Is far more than anyone truly
  'knows.'

Even if I knew there was no tomorrow, I'd still ask questions Enjoyed this.

Me too, always looking and inquiring.

Oh that's just so true!

“Seek and you shall find it” however it also depends on how much knowledge one can handle. Great knowledge with unwise people is deadly dangerous. Fine writing this.
