I try to scream away the empty echoes I create, I try not to let you escape into the holes that consume me, there are times I have held you with such bitterness and hate, and a touch so empty, that even the gods had to look away. but it is so tragic that I choose you over the ache, because it was deciphered by you long ago that I am more deserving of the pain. I hope that now you get the quiet you wished for, while you're living under my skin, mending all of your wounds with what I've got left. |

The deep meanings come alive within the framework of this dark poetry. To accept the darkness as your own you accept who you are. Darkness is not an all bad place to be sometimes. In fact it is a survival technique which has been utilized for centuries. It just doesn't get any better than . . . "I hope that now you get the quiet you wished for, while you're living under my skin, mending all of your wounds with what I've got left." . . . and the raven said, )!(%!~@~#&$ . . . |

Written like you're trapped inside a fading wish, super-glued in its passenger seat ... I was there once excellent writing |
