This is the black script. Once white. Now, marred. Marred by Ignorance Who gave no thought to its integrity. This is the horror script. Once, a Dream. Now, a nightmare. Stolen by conceit and betrayal Who gave no thought to characters’ importance. This is the star-crossed script As Rome fell, So shall Athens. Arrogance has run its course And cursed all who think only of themselves. For the world is but a stage Upon which some have built pedestals One for themselves A few for others undeserving. Oh, how the haughty shall fall, The mighty have fallen, And those who deserve shall rise. |

As a proud citizen of the United States of America I maintain that if freedom dies here the world is lost for hundreds of years, P&P. They are taking our freedoms away from us on a daily basis. If this isn't what your well-written poem is about, it still needs to be said. . . . and the Raven said, %!~#&(!$! |

my acting teacher destroyed A Midsummer Night's Dream, lied to me about the auditions, and then told me he'd let me do tech. |
