      a thousand dreams away

falling leaves and drifting clouds
cross a patch of deep azure sky
framed in the pristine multicolored,
  branching beauty
of this proud and ancient forest,
that dances in an Autumn breeze.

here, one brief moment of grand respite
may be stolen from the infinite depths
  of time
by all for whom ‘home’ remains forever...
a thousand dreams away.

Now tell me why is it, friend,
that no one [who doesn't write]
can't quite conceive the notions
of a dreamer?

But you?

You're never
second-hand anything.

Always first rate, and
while I'm at it?

Top shelf.

I've also got to agree with Sunshine.  Perhaps it takes a thousand dreams before we believe it?

Yep, How could one possibly improve on Sunshine's exceptional and true comment?

This was wonderful. I've read and reread and each time I like it more.
