I could see you between the lights Beneath the earnest wind you Gave a long brow, a long invite Into your slow moving mouth Much like the rain that peddles ItÕs way down the avenue of your hair Down the avenue of the road That leads to a place that Only I can softly rinse your thick, brown hair. A small window game we played. Where we leaned our heads against the glass, And watched our eyes field The slow air as it passes our necks Along the boroughs of grass, Right hand to hip, Smile to night, Between the lights. |

Ah, the lip reading window games of youthful adults on the go. This is well-painted and I did enjoy reconstructing the scene mentally. An enjoyable, if bittersweet, read. |
