Heated water boils,
chilled water freezes: static,
turbulent, water.

****

Angry at being
not listened to, volcanoes
are ejecting rocks.

****

November pumpkins,
vines all down the hillside patch---
frost on the sherbert.

I am a great fan of haiku and I enjoyed these three very much. I really appreciate an image or idea in such a consise and distilled form. Has made me want to dig out some of my old haikus and have a play around.
