 Today as the sun shines so beautifully, I am filled with warmth of memories, loving, happy memories of long ago, Funny how I can feel you, miles away, I feel you when you are near, here, on pages of blue skies with word clouds, My cat curls up next to my feet, as I sit here and write to you, I see the forest, the trees, Yesterday I took a bike ride, through paths of endless woods, flowers, butterflies, giggles, The wind through my hair, freedom of open thoughts, you were there with me, My camera captured memories, someday I will share them, when I see you face to face, Your the one, who never let go, your the one, my heart keeps, one day I will finally meet you, The trail of love will lead me back, to where you are, and have been, always there waiting, holding my heart. |
