Satyr and Nymph Steal away With lechery and treachery A summer’s day Frolicking in the breezes One who teases One who pleases Their pleasing places They hide and seek In the shadows Sporting their lusty graces In the forgotten garden Their tenders harden In the exquisiteness Of coming bliss |

A really delightful poem! I can just see the two prancing in the woods. Just the type of rhythm you need for this subject. Bravo! |

this gave me a chuckle.... because it seems quite playful in a way, with a couple of underlying layers one might peel back and say are a bit cynical...or dissallusioned perhaps.. in any event, I've been known to read more into the words than was ever the intent... and I enjoyed |
