Shown's a graph of what was worn
By women when the earth was cold.

As I'm the scientific sort,
I studied close this colored chart,
Concluding shrinking use of cloth
Is proof the earth, today's more warm.

Perhaps its only me, but seems
I feel progressively more hot,
As my-eyes trace what's displayed,
Upon this graph, as years proceed.

Great, grand dad saw long bloomers draped
On ropes throughout his neighborhood,
That turned him on, but never dreamed
Of what his son would see on lines
Were briefs that raised above the knee.

The fifties proved the earth more warm
As more of thighs were shown, it's plain
Elastic rose up high to keep
In place the silk that rose up leg,
Until the eighties, when an inch
Was all that kept them on the hips.

Nineties girls, felt rising's temp's
And so to vent their pouring sweat
Put on bikinis underneath,
Which also fevered men that seen,
And industries, before unknown
Like spandex-cloth, and hot wax joints.

Alas-alas, a patch with strings
Made girls more cool, the chart shows plain
But men still felt the rising heat,
As then but just a thong was worn,
And garment label-brand displays
Became the largest piece of cloth.

Today, there's not much left to pare
And so the proof , the earths more warm
Rings true--so girls have nothing
Left to do, but go commando, to keep cool.

When I was young, I was taught women should be kept warm. Though I never doubted the advice, it was until now that I fully understood the environmental truth of global temperature on human social evolution. Keep up the good research!

I hope everyone knows that this is satire, even sarcasm..It is obvious that man made filth has had a very bad effect on our environment, and global warming from that effect is true... I prefer more scientific eveidence than this...but I am a scientist of sorts, as I stated...and this chart is for the sort of scientists out there.
