Young Love Summer vacation. Atlantic City, 1960. I was 16. I remember stopping for saltwater taffy--as evening journeyed slowly into night. Nearing curfew, we sat on a sandy enclave--holding hands, looking out at the ocean, not saying much. In the distance were flickering lights from an ocean liner as the night kept coming on in... first kiss under the boardwalk over the moon! |

Good one. I think I was there in '54 but still a bit too young for that. By '60 that could have happened. |
