* You are asleep your face conveys peace. I linger for a long moment in contemplation of our lives entwined and suddenly I feel a soft tremor inside. My heart whispers of love sublime that transcends all earthly comprehension. A love that is anchored in the commitment of our two souls. You are asleep Your face conveys peace. Soft tremor nothing, I could feel that all the way over here in Cal-e-for-nigh-ay and we're used to big quakers and such! I'm going to have to give your poem a 10.Wonderful on the richter scale!! Very lovely Margy, just like you!  |

Margherita - That tremor is a sure fire sign that you are committed to someone who you feel is equally committed to you. That's a feeling of deep love that even let's you sleep peacefully and you've captured it so very well. Nice work M. Namyh |

Dear Michael, thank you so much. Yes it seems that while we sleep somehow the soul shows on the surface, and the soul is the true core of our being. Only while we are awake we can wear masks ... I can not tell you how this spoke to me... I'd have to write too much to explain. Allow me to simply say, that I witnessed the soft tremors inside my mother's heart shine all over her face when holding my father's sleeping face in recent years. I am so thankful for love like that... and that you enjoy this kind of love, and share the joys with those around you! |

M This is the kind of poetry that mellows harsh thoughts...people should read it when their life and relationships are challenged. When someone is sleeping, and their lover contemplates their feelings, that little tremor, that look of peacefullness in the observer, and observed, confirms the association is a lasting one. Needs to be sent to Hallmark to replace some of the crap they put in their romantic cards. |
