To the one who still moves in me: Domo Arigato Gozaimasu, ai shi te ru wa You were speaking in the wind and I, to our moon on currents leading to the heart we knew we'd meet up soon Oh, what a glorious day that was your voice deep in my eyes I tasted, sipped, devoured your thoughts, but never satisfied I watched you partake of the sounds I made upon my tongue melodies written for the soul and from my own was sung So delicate yet so profound I never heard you leave there were days I would have cried but this time I believe Our souls met just long enough to hold on for a spell remember how "we" blessed our lives and wish each other well... ~Sunkissed. ps, For some reason, this poem posted in insights when I picked this particular forum. |

Splendid! Lingering for a while in this beauty ... M ( I guess the reason for this being sent to insights is to attribute to the little "bad" word that the control system formed of two separate words of those following the name ...) |

Very beautiful poem. What a placid feeling reading it has given me. Made cheerful by genial jest. |

"Our souls met just long enough to hold on for a spell" I love your thinking.I so agree that whatever gift of word or smile we are given by another, it does not matter how long the meeting lasts on the outside. It is the love cast into the heart and the memories that last that counts. Thank you for this message.jo |
