my words have long been frozen and I find nothing to warm them out of hiding no, not even one warms its way toward me as before, pleading for me to scratch it free of its self imposed chrysalis so many words I read, so beautifully written, but me, no, I have no words, no, none that I can claim as mine |

You have the right idea, just the mere fact of writing can, and does, spur poets to spontaneous and delightful poetry. Your words here, although forlorn and sad, is a move in the right direction . . . You CAN do it. ~ I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me. ~ |

"so many words I read, so beautifully written, but me, no, I have no words, no, none that I can claim as mine" Really? Looks like you are doing pretty good with this one. JL Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself. |

Spread your wings, little one. *S* Those words you don't have seem to be arranging themselves quite nicely! LOL |

it's interesting that you write about not having words that are as beautifully crafted as this, when you do! HAF |

You expressed your exasperation beautifully, Luminosity, and hey presto! Read your poem(and all the above comments, including your own) again to see why I say "hey presto!"). Owl |
