It's not to late It's just a party underground The ground is turning to fire This is how it'll be the rest of tonight Start a riot to keep you off my mind Let the questions turn into lies Keep my heart at rest, tell me good night Lets keep this party alive Let the rain keep the fire from reaching in Get the music so this can really begin My sleep keeps me from feeling pain Keep my silence waiting for a ride My mind keeps repeating its point of view Let my heart keep me from breaking my self-control My heart is ready to chose Waiting for the perfect time The party was a tool to hide from you Let my mind remain on being bad This was a great time to get it all out The music is so loud I can barely hear you now This place makes it feel like its too late Was there anything at all? Let the morning bring a new calling Lets catch up or not at all? I get this feeling we are in the past Call me a tired peasant Cause its all im used to Every night this party rages in my mind The gag of another keeps my soul from being kind My heart has been erased and its all i'm giving you [This message has been edited by gdcod3player (01-17-2011 06:56 PM).] |

This is awesome. You showed self control in the words you penned here. When the family is together, the soul is at peace - Russian Proverb |

this is a very perceptively deep write...each time I read it, the ending seems to speak to me in a different voice...well done |
