Silver rain falls, softly, gently, comforting, and sweet. washing away the pain of an unforgiving world. It carefully cleanses my storming thoughts and brings peace and serenity to my aching soul. The world can be cruel, and selfish, and mean. It can leave you weeping and wanting to give it all up. But then my silver rain comes and washes away my cares; soothes my angry heart; disguises my tears in its iridescent drops. My silver rain reminds me that when lightening splits my world and shakes the very foundation that I stand upon, There is always comfort through the pain. This is what I'm told as the rain caresses. Pain is temporary; Shadows are transient; Storms blow away. All this said in the tranquil whispers of my silver rain. |

A very beautiful write, dear Melissa. Soothing and insightful. The rain has this quality too for me. Love, Margherita |
