See it spin out of control
   lost in tranquil chaos
So beautiful this loss of innocence
   this once peaceful creature
Now a rabid maniacal fool
   full of confused truths
Wander across the lonely bedroom
   to the mirror on the door
The seams tear apart
   revealing festering angst
Cracks crawl through the glass
   the image it casts screaming
Its heart pours from the eyes
   echoing the haunting cries
From where do you come
   where are you headed
I come from nothing
   heading nowhere expecting everything
The darkness visits once again
   collecting its due
