What is it to be sane?
To live in a the moment of utter sanity?
Who is to judge what is perfection?
For is it to be perfect to be sane?
Perhaps the voice of God speaks unto them for they are chosen?
Is it not the Prophets who must bare the burdens no others must bare?
What of the eyes of the blind?
Are they too pure to bare witness to the evil of the land?
The death of a unborn child, perhaps the soul within did not deserve to be born into a life of sin?
Is it not Saintly to give unto others what they so deeply desire?
If the desire is a sin among sins, giving in to such a sin would be a Saintly act?
If she is your mother, and he your father. What is the Father of fathers?
Must we call him the Father of us all?
Though we believe we are right, correct, fact above all else is fact; Those who we believe are wrong believe the same.
So within the thoughts of this; Would it not be worth while to keep such thoughts to yourself rather then argue of the truth of lies?
I've seen men become red in the face of anger, that the other believes him to be false.
Is it wrong of me to find the comedy in such a situation?
You read labels, you listen to the words on the tongues of the ignorant who speak only to let the wind carry the words.
You then rally together who will listen to you, to spread the word of fools.
They are fools for though they may speak the truth, speaking the truth a million times over cannot contend to the deafening uproar of a truthful act.
So while you may believe this is a window to spy the thoughts of the Insane.
I beg you to understand, this is the display of Politics in its finest.

"We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." Oscar Wilde

none of these questions are insane
they are quite sane, questions we all ask
by sharing you seek the truth
as do we all

politics, there are all kinds of politicking
politicking for people to do things with us, for us, anytime you ask someone something, it's a form of politics

the true defination of insanity is whether someone is harmful to them self or others
nothing of that seems to be in this poem

LOVE this line of yours...
"Is it not the Prophets who must bare the burdens no others must bare?"

bear or bare? both?

a good thought provoking read

Well, I've had a poem removed for violence or something. So I had to steer away from that for the most part.

Thank you for your responses.
