How long will it last this time
the silence
the ignorance

how cold will this heart become
this time
how long will it's beat lie dormant

the cave looms
dark and warm

hibernate
for another day

and come around

to no sound
being found

change me
change me
rearrange me

signs say
signs say
wait

so the bear
oh the bear
tries to hibernate

ride the muse
for all it's use
in all the ups and downs

the tower grows
looms
as petals fall
from the rose

Great job here, reminds me of me when I am at my Computor in my office hidden away in silence. My wife wondering whats the big deal in here? Thanks for the good read.

wrote this one a while back, just had forgotten to post it here. Silence has broken and I'm up from my nap.   don't neglect your wife, don't want her to be jealous of us here   but it's great to see a new budding writer

"muses are not bears" lol, so true, well unless they're like teddy bears, always there for ya, quite but inspirational and loving.
