Show me yours
And I'll show you mine
Fateful words indeed

Who'd have guessed
Such a simple request
to become a life long creed

Tempted and enticed they were
by his piercing baby blues

His sultry smiles
tempt and beguile
Even those he didn't choose

Cuddled and sequestered in
dark and secret halls

Spin the bottle
to kiss and coddle
Says the line that starts it all

Show me yours
and I'll show you mine

If I don't say it...who will?

Promise? :P Loved It!

I Thought of You Today,
And What We Could've Had
For A Brief Moment I Had You
And Still, I Somehow Knew
I'd Have To Let Go

L - Wow, thanks!!  I'm glad you liked it.  I totally don't do rhyming - so I just thought...what the heck!

I'm just an old cynic, but this reads very dark to me. Very dark

Tommy738 - Thanks for reading!  I'm glad you enjoyed

Osprey - never fear, no dark undertone here.  This was written after a talk w/ a friend whose life long quest is romantic tête-à-têtes.  His creed:  "Lips come in every flavor - and I must sample them all in order to be a true connoisseur".

If I don't say it...who will?
