Cowards ye be!
...not heros.

Killing innocent women and children.
Peshawar, Pakistan.
Afghanistan, and so many other places
on the face of Mother Earth.

You spill blood without remorse.

May your spirits wander forever
in the darkest realms of the Universe.

May your deeds haunt you
all the way
into a deep black hole.

May the awareness grow that mutual killing resolves no problems, that this indiscriminate slaughtering can't be called an action of peace.

Thank you, dear Kacy, for speaking up against this senseless and criminal behaviour.

Love and peace.

Thank you for taking time to read and reply, Margherita. It sickens me to see all the violence people continue to engage in, and it will never ever bring happiness and peace to humanity.

Loved It. I Support Our Troops, but I DO NOT Support The War.

I Thought of You Today,

I'd Have To Let Go

Thank you, Kacy, for painting these atrocities and the perpetrators thereof, as they are.  I do not understand how people can do these things to their own kind.  These people are destroyers.  You, on the other hand, Kacy, are a creator - of art, spirit, good will and everything good!

This is a complete departure, Kacy.  What a wonderful cry for the triumph of Reason!  Even the most casual perusal of History tells us that brutes have always existed:  only the eventual triumph of Reason will change that.  Let your strong piece become a rallying cry.
The Universe will, in its way, balance this Chaos with ultimate Order.

As always, well done.

You and I agree on the horror of war.

The spirit remembers...belief is not essential.

Find peace in your own soul and nurture it.

Dear Kacy, you have certainly made a statement with your poem. Nearly all the strife in the world is caused by religion.
Moslems are taught from birth to kill all the infidel and if they become a matyr they will go to heaven and be welcomed by
twenty virgins. It has been that way throughout history and I'm afraid I can't see it changing. Wouldn't the world be a better, happier place if we could all live in peace and harmony with each other. Thank you for sharing this thought provoking poem
with us all. Love and a big hug.

well said (as always)!

The very worst thing is how the magnificent atrocities of (ever-redundant)
human history are most typically perpetrated in the name of nationalistic
'patriotism' and/or some organized religion as "God's will" ...

applause for this 'penning' !

awesome Kacy! you hit hard and speak the truth

Lindsay, we need to consider all religions when we speak of religion causing strife
