Woman On to Train

She could be one of the most
beautiful women in this world,
and if she should be
why should I care,
for I have already been there,
making choices based almost entirely
on the outer beauty that women possess,
not considering where that would take me.
Alas, I must confess
to a dreary world of disappointments,
a land of suffering consequences.
Still I could not take
my eyes from her.
If only she would stop
smiling at me so radiantly,
and simply be on her way,
before I find the words to say
to the woman on the train.

You know James, from your reads I'm profiling you as a fun guy, enjoying life to the fullest, appreciating all experiences big and small - especially the small ones.

True or false?

Thank you Shalisadefa for the nice response...perhaps...I was trying to speak of the disappointment that sometimes come to a man that is captivated by beauty without considering the consequences...James

A bittersweet work here, James.  One has the sense of something almost ready to happen, until the siren voice of experience closes that door.  Nicely done.
