If I were a lamb I would give him my fleece To keep Him in comfort, in warmth and in peace Then I’d sit by His manger and watch through the night With His guardian angels til dawn’s early light I’d perch high in the rafters if I were a bird In a temple which harbored each echoing word The wisdom displayed of a seasoned old man From a child of twelve, I’d spread all through the land If I were a fish I would offer a meal To the world that His miracle hands would reveal I’d lay at His feet all a fish could afford To my Jesus, Redeemer, my Shepherd, my Lord If I were a sinner, I’d kneel at His cross And grapple with horrific and meaningless loss Then I’d notice His words that would sooth and uplift And hold deep in my heart this most meaningful gift Elizabeth Santos |

I think you are a "fish" You are sure up late lovely lady. This was a beautiful poem in worship. I believe you would do all those things and more. |

This is exactly what I would do, too. Another beautiful poem, Dear Liz. |
