This is for my lovely Danish friend who is in Paris right now, but still grieving for the loss of her beloved Mother.. we lit some candles for both our Mothers today in a beautiful little church not far from the Louvre.. Dancing with the angels They both will be Quiet and serene Not hip hop or the like Maybe a jig or two Maybe a slow waltz Just skirting around those heavenly boards For all the world to see And all the while keeping their eye on us Watching what we do and who we see Telling us in some way it’s ok to grieve Ok to shout and question why Ok to rant and rave But in the end they calm us with their smiles And the memories of their hugs After all we are their daughters, they are still our Mothers We can honour them every day by simply hugging our sons... Bisous de Paris RDB Be kind at heart....for everyone you meet has their own battle to fight......... |

You really weaved your heart into these touching words, dear Roniece! And yes, love goes on, how beautiful your concluding line! I love this very much, because you succeeded in combining joy and sadness, in honoring the memory of your mothers. These are intense moments to share with a friend. Bisous de Rome. Margherita |

(big huggies) Oh Roniece, it was sooooooooo wonderful you two spent the day together and shared in a heartfelt ceremony to honor your mothers, my friend! I can only imagine such memorials are all the more emotionally powerful when shared in the company of friends and loved ones! Bless you, dearest friend, the closing lines made my eyes tear up as they reflect your loving heart as always!
