Forever In Your Heart

I care deeply for you,
my heart is yours,
my eyes cry for you,
don't you know it?

Can you feel my spirit?,
grieving in pain,
releasing sorrow,
my heart has deflated,

Wanting to touch you,
share with you,
be near your warmth,
know your thoughts,

Why must two souls be apart?,
roaming the ends of the earth,
naked, bare, cold, alone,
when they shall be as one?

Feel my love for you,
in the quietness of your room,
gently as you lay, softly upon your pillow,
feel your heart burning inside,

I am there, with you, always,
inside that vastness of space,
awaiting your seek and find,
rethink those words I said,

Poems I have written,
my voice you have heard,
you have been the inspiration,
the one of my two,

As you read these words,
they are for you,
every single one,
only for you, my love.
