Don't let me fall today Standing at the edge I begin to see it all as I look below and rationalize my fear, a single tear falls upon my cheek wipe it away, take another step closer I see you from the corner of my eye The wounds visible from when i felt invisible as i cut them deep, you watched from afar and weeped the ground beneath me began to shake I fall to my knees begin to weep every little thing I've ever done, surrendered giving up, to giving in I step back from the edge and take a peek at what a future could withstand if I could be still, and just weep. |
