the wake of the ground

==

Rain brings them, the coiling blabbing sisters
or two simple gender confused warms, out.

Huddling, free from the fear of predators,
sinking in their curled up world, wet, moist, doubtful.

The forecast of more rain drifts through ether.
We are left watching underground life and sky
the facade conscience has been ripped apart.

Hi, Ku

Sounds as though you are inundated by the waters from the relentless monsoon rains.

"two simple gender confused warms" (worms?) ~ I never thought of them that way! ~ But now that you mention it, being of both sexes, they truly are!

Stay high and dry!

Linda
