 Without a Doubt
I watched as my boy came running, Around our house as fast as he could, He was yelling, Daddy, Daddy, Come see,
As he grabbed my hand and pulled, And I stumbled to my feet, I wondered what on Earth, Could it be?
At the tender age of five years old, There are so many things that amuse, So I let him pull my arm, Almost all the way,
He kept saying, Daddy, you wont believe it, I was sure he found a worm, For, Rain had ruined, The better part of the day,
We came around the corner, And he stopped dead in his tracks, With a finger pointed, Straight out,
He said, “look, Daddy, look, Heavenly Father made me a rainbow, I smiled and said, “Without a doubt”.
The answer is always NO, Until the question is asked.[This message has been edited by WTBAKELAR (06-15-2009 08:00 PM).]

Oh, I adore the thoughts of 5 year olds. And you did well, dear Tracey, to agree with your son. This is so tender and lovely and brought a happy smile.

Tracey; Give my adorable grandson a big hug from grandma. It is so exciting when they discover the things we take for granted.
God bless you both, and mammy. Hope to see you soon.

Yo Tracy,
I like this poem. It reminds me of my oldest son pointing out a rainbow to his mother when he was about seventeen.

My good friend Tracey, aren't children just the greatest pleasures in our lives. They
say the cutest things in all innocence and enthusiasm and we love them for it. That is a beautiful picture with words to match.

March and Margh.
Sometimes I will write a poem at lunch and post it, but I can't add pictures from my work computer, so I do that when I get home.
I am so glad you both liked the poem and picture.
Tracey.

Thank you, My good friends for taking the time to read my poetry. I hope I can bring as much joy to you when you read my ramblings, as the simple things, like a rainbow bring.
Love, Tracey.
