There was Music and dancing Laughter and singing You were honored As the party continued, the moon arrived. The sun appeared A bud blossomed A young bird took to the sky for the very first time. The Whole of existence celebrated It celebrated you Where were you? The party is still going on. Hope you can attend. *** |

Yo XOx Uriah xOX, This is a great little poem. I like it loads. I was there, you just didn't see me. I tend to blend in. Bobby |

I love this... a party we can all enjoy... even those of us who tend to avoid social occasions. *S* |

But I was there! Then I heard a deep voice saying, "It is not yet your time." So now I'm back here. *ahem* ""No," Dorothy insists, "it wasn't a dream--it was a place." Pointing at Professor Marvel and her Uncle's three workmen, she adds, "And you--and you--and you--and you were there." Now if you'll excuse me, I'm afraid the flying monkeys are not quite housebroken yet. (They left the indelicate details regarding the care and feeding of such creatures out of the story.) What a world, what a world... As you can see, I could relate to this in many ways, and now that I'm properly inspired, I guess I'll go sweep while I've still got a broom. Teee-heee-heh-heeeeeeeeeeee! |

I like this. I was there, but I was looking for Bobby. I hate it when he wears chamo to parties. Seriously, I do enjoy your poems. Alison |
