She stood in the doorway, Not knowing she would see, Inside the truth, Inside of me. It's always been a secret, Something she could never find out, And now that she has, I know there is doubt, Will she still love me, Or just run and hide, For now I have nothing, Not even my pride. Please don't leave, Now that you know, I desperately need help, My heart please don't throw. I once was cornered, And now you have found, My true voice within me, Screaming without sound. I've carried this burden, Held onto this rope, Dealt with the burning, But now, there is hope. Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game. |

It was sooo beautiful!!!! I absolutley LOVED it! It had so much emotion and turmoil in the main character in the poem! Absolutley magnificent... I take my hat off to you!! Always, |
